TMWC Activity Professional Academy

Educating Caregivers to provide high quality of life for all!

The Activities Care Planning Intensive (Online)

The activity care plan is a complex document to outline how the facility will meet the needs of its residents/clients through activity interventions. The Care Planning Intensive is a 5-week online course to help professionals build and develop their care planning skills to write dynamic, person-centered documentation including assessments, care plans, and quarterly notes which paint the most accurate picture of the resident's experience.

Activities Professionals can also gain continuing education specialized in care planning to use toward national certification as ADC. 21.5 Continuing Education hours are available for Activity Professionals pursuing or maintaining certification by the National Certification Council for activity Professionals.
