TMWC Activity Professional Academy 

Reiki is a hands-on energy healing technique developed in Japan to encourage relaxation and stress relief to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Our Reiki Certification program teaches students how to use Reiki to help their residents, and themselves, and train other staff to do the same. The program is in four modules.

Build your confidence in writing person-centered activities care plans for residents in Long-Term Care.

The Care Planning Intensive is a 5-week online course to help professionals build and develop their care planning skills to write dynamic, person-centered documentation including assessments, care plans, and quarterly notes which paint the most accurate picture of the resident's experience.

The Certified Dementia Training Class (AKA The Alzheimer's and Dementia Training Seminar) is the required course for those interested in pursuing the Certified Dementia Practitioner Credential. The Course is 8 hours and taught online through video conferencing.

This seminar explores the mental health needs of residents AND provides a foundation of knowledge for professionals.

It includes the complete Mental Health First Aid Certification Training.
